Mary Lee, Menopause Doula

Here we are at episode 25! In this episode I get deep into a very difficult and very emotional discussion surrounding addiction with Rebecca Gillis.  Rebecca has walked that journey spending decades as a n addict stuck in trauma, false beliefs, and low self-esteem.

Remarkably she turned it around and today she helps others get through those layers of hell to reach higher levels of healing, purpose and love. As a trauma and addiction recovery guide, she shares her journey of overcoming addiction, trauma, and adversity and discusses the impact of adverse childhood experiences on menopause. Rebecca also highlights the significance of spiritual awakening and self-trust, and emphasizes the importance of community and support in the healing process.
